Laser cleaning: soot and stain off, masonry left alone
Grinding and blasting take the dirt and some of the face with it. Laser cleaning is for work you still want to keep.
Laser cleaning
Paint, creosote, rust runoff, and biological stain sit on brick and stone all over the metro. The usual fix is a grinder, a blast, or a wash that etches the face. That gets the wall lighter. It also takes skin off the original work.
What the laser is for
Laser cleaning strips soot, paint, and stain without chewing the masonry. We use it on fireplaces, brick elevations, and stone that still has a face worth keeping. The dirt goes. The unit stays.

What it is not
It is not a coat of paint. It is not a bleach that turns the wall white. If the masonry is already failed, cleaning will not rebuild it — that is a different ticket. If the face is still there and the stain is the problem, laser is how we clean without damage to the masonry.
